Overview
Problem
International professionals often know the grammar but struggle with the unwritten rules of workplace communication — how to disagree, push back, give feedback, manage up, and navigate cross-cultural situations without appearing difficult.
Approach
Started as a Lovable-generated prototype and was then taken over, refactored, extended, and productionized. Implemented the core learning experience around realistic workplace scenarios, AI-powered response evaluation, progress tracking, phrase comparison, and iterative practice.
